Hospitality students and veterans have the chance to step into the Hilton brand after the company released plans to fill up to 700 new full time or part time positions in the United Kingdom.
Announced yesterday, the company said the new positions will be made available at its 18 planned hotels in the UK along with another 100 in Europe including Poland, Germany, Russia and Turkey over the next few years, E4S reported.
According to the hospitality Group, the additions will push the business’ employment numbers to 8,500 new full time and part jobs across the continent by 2014.
“We’re looking for people with a good work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service,” Hilton vice president of human resources in Europe Ben Bengougam said.
“In return, we provide a fun, exciting, varied and supportive environment to prosper and grow, offering world-class training and development programmes to enable our people to fulfil their potential.”Among the positions expected to open up include catering and hospitality staff, bar staff, concierges, chefs and hotel managers.
