Turkish rescue workers attempting to retrieve a drowned woman out of popular tourist spot, the Black Sea, were shocked to find their efforts were actually used to locate and retrieve an inflatable sex doll.
According to reports, police were notified by concerned locals last week who mistook the doll for a woman’s body, The Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Immediately a search and rescue party scoured through the beach in the northern Samsun province for the body before sending a team of divers to rescue the woman.
The Group quickly discovered that all concern was unwarranted, deflating the doll before throwing it in the bin.
Police are still unsure where the doll came from.
