Apple Apartments announces Limehouse, London
Apple Apartments will be taking over the lease and management of another serviced apartments company in Limehouse, London. In line with their expansion efforts, and has agreed to take over operations and ownership from August and will be launching the property in mid-August.
Apple Apartments Limehouse consists of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments including duplex options. Located just steps from Limehouse DLR station, the property is ideal for the Canary Wharf and City of London corporate markets where the company has seen significant demand at their Greenwich location, on the outskirts of Canary Wharf.
The rapidly growing UK serviced apartments provider has grown to nearly 200 apartments since it’s beginning approximately three years ago. In the past year, they have opened locations in High Street Kensington, Paddington and Hyde Park with plans to announce further property openings this summer.
