The Loyalty and Engagement Awards, organised by Marketing Interactive, honours the best loyalty marketing strategies in Asia Pacific. The awards program is the first of its kind to recognise marketing works in three key areas – loyalty, engagement and relationship marketing, focusing solely on the art of cultivating customer loyalty and engagement.
The award categories covered the full spectrum of the loyalty and engagement cycle. More than 80 client organisations were shortlisted across 30 categories, and entries were evaluated and judged by a panel of experienced loyalty, engagement and relationship marketers and industry experts.

The new Wyndham Rewards loyalty program was launched last year and revolutionised the loyalty landscape with a simple program which allows members to earn more and redeem free stays faster than any other program in the industry.
Wyndham Rewards is a simple-to-use loyalty program with a generous points earning structure that can be used to redeem free nights, along with hundreds of other rewards options including travel expenses and gift cards.
“We will continue to strategically roll out our Wyndham Rewards Member Levels program that aims to make travel more accessible for the everyday traveler” Mr Robinson added.
Wyndham Rewards Member Levels program introduced four distinct levels—Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can now take advantage of a host of new benefits that increase by level, from rollover nights to annual point bonuses and more.
And, when members redeem their points for a stay in one of the program’s top 25 destinations, they now automatically receive an additional enhancement to their award night for no additional points, helping them take advantage of exciting local experiences near their destination, from indoor skydiving in Orlando to a local cooking class in Singapore.
