Establishing the new resort with a strong sense of connection to its location and to those who come to stay is Vera’s playbook. A commercial strategist, Vera is a big picture thinker with a creative streak to match her ambition for the resort. Understanding all facilities, processes and people is key to her. On the planning and implementation of sales, marketing and product development, she involves her team to realize a holistic view and direction for the resort that is true in its delivery of fulfilled expectations. A collaborator and coordinator, Vera knows that the key to success is having the right specialists on the right project at the right time. Her ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships on many levels is evident in her large loyal network of partners, agents and event organizers.
Vera’s exposure to luxury hotels and resorts extends back 17 years, garnering accolades and experience with both global brands and bespoke boutique operators. Assuming the helm of the Sales & Marketing Team at Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu is the culmination of those achievements.

Vera’s first hospitality diploma majored in Rooms Division Management from the Bandung Institute of Tourism followed by a second in Managerial PR from the London School of Public Relations. Complemented with her experience in the Netherlands, she is cross-culturally adept and uses her vast knowledge and experience to present the essence of Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu domestically and abroad.
