One of the most talked-about brunches in the city puts on its Easter theme for the yearly feast with unlimited rounds of goodness across eight live stations, including a brimming seafood bar featuring over seven types of fresh seafood and freshly shucked oysters from Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, and Japan.
Continue the afternoon feast with a variety of masterfully grilled fare of hearty carvings featuring slow-roasted Australian Wagyu beef leg, lamb T-bone, tender flame-grilled butterflied chicken, Barramundi en Papillote and more. Perfect for the cheese connoisseurs, look forward to a dedicated cheese room showcasing over 30 types of imported European seasonal cheese complemented with ten types of assorted thinly-sliced cold cuts on the charcuterie station featuring an imported whole leg of Jamón Ibérico Ham, Lomo, Rosette, Saucisson sec cured meat and Wagyu Pastrami.
