Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow

Looking for a laugh? The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is coming to the Ipswich Civic Centre on May 14. Forget I-Spy, spotto and stale servo snacks, this road trip is jam-packed with a crew of fantastically funny comedians, specially selected to bring the fun of the Festival to towns and cities around the nation.


James Reyne

James Reyne will perform a 90 minutes live show in Ipswich featuring songs from over 20 albums. He will be joined on stage by renowned guitarist Josh Owen in acoustic duo format on May 18 at the Civic Centre.

James Reyne’s songs have provided the soundtrack to endless Australian summers, including The Boys Light Up, Reckless, Beautiful People, Lakeside, Daughters Of The Northern Coast, Fall Of Rome, Hammerhead, Motor’s Too Fast, and Slave.


Take a walk through Queen’s Park in the city of Ipswich

The Great Day Out aired a segment on one of Queensland’s oldest park, Queen’s Park last month.

The story encompassed the Nature Centre’s school holiday animal encounters program which sold out quickly and the Nerima Gardens Tea Ceremonies which are due to be held each month until October.
