Diners with an inclination towards spicy food will be captivated by the piquant flavours of Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Szechuan Spicy Crab, Thai Yellow Curry Flower Crab, Boiling Crab Shabang and Sambal Flower Crab while those who prefer savoury flavours will love the Sweet Flour Crab, Salted Egg Crab and Braised Crab with Bee Hoon.
Tease your senses with oceanic treasures from the Seafood on Ice station such as Chilled Prawn, Black Mussel, Crayfish, Whelk and Snow Crab.
Sink your teeth in the aromatic Tandoori Roast Chicken, flavourful Roast Duck with Plum Sauce or succulent Roast Prime Rib at the carving station. Continue the theatrical dining experience with La Mian (hand pulled noodles) prepared ‘live’ at the noodle station.
