Grissini welcomes 2 Michelin-starred guest Chef Gaetano Trovato who will join us from the evening of 2nd to the 6th November during the Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit 2011.
Having grown up in Tuscany and worked in Michelin-starred Arnolfo Restaurant, Chef Gaetano specializes in Tuscan cuisine. Chef Gaetano carefully selects the best seasonal produce to create quality and delicate dishes to ensure a memorable gastronomic experience.
The collaboration between guest Chef Gaetano and Chef Andrea, Chef de Cuisine of Grissini, will deliver a promising feast for both the eyes and palate. Special dishes include Ravioli, Lobster, Potatoes, Broccoli Rabe and Saffron; Lamb with Tarragon and Porcini Mushrooms withMediterranean Caponata; and Bitter Chocolate Millefoglie, Truffles and Spices, and Star Anise Ice Cream. At Lunch we will offer a choice of a 3-course set menu at $ 480+10% per person, with pairing wines, $ 950+10% per person or a 4-course set menu at $ 550+10% per person, with pairing wines, $ 1,190+10% per person.At Dinner time we will offer a gourmet menu with a choice of 5 courses at $ 980+10% per person, with pairing wines, $ 1,650+10% per person, or a 6-course set menu at $ 1,150 per person, with pairing wines, $ 1,980+10% per person.
